The Redwings Drama Club went to see the Children's Ballet of the Ozarks' performance of the Snow White Ballet at the Star Theatre in Willow Springs on Friday, September 14th. It was a great show, and the students seemed to really enjoy the trip! The director of the show even gave us a shout-out at the beginning of the performance and announced our upcoming performances at the Haunting in the Hills Event on October 12th and our Fall production of Strawberries in Winter in the Old Gym on November 30th.

buddy bench

New Addition to the Elementary Playground:  With the help of the high school industrial arts class, a Buddy Bench has been added to the Eminence Elementary Playground.   The buddy bench is a simple idea to eliminate loneliness and foster friendship on the playground.  If another student notices a child waiting to play, they are encouraged to ask them to join in.  We hope an additional Buddy Bench this school year.
